KILOS has started offering Nutrition consultation and coaching in house.
Each nutrition team member will need to go through a 60 min consultation for a $70 consultation fee.
- Monthly rate is $279. Billing occurs on the 1st OR the 15th. Memberships that start between those times will be prorated to start on the closest of those dates.
- Hourly coaching at $70 / hour
- 6 week challenge for $120
Ian Strange is the nutrition coach

Ian’s nutrition journey began during an undergraduate nutrition course. Prior to that Ian had concerned himself mostly with training first and consuming whatever he wanted as long as he got enough protein. The class spiked his interested in the physiology side of nutrition and understanding the marriage between nutrition and training. THAT class set the foundation of his understanding. Ian started considering more and more what, when and how he was eating. Over the next few years Ian dove deeper and exposed himself to current literature, self experimentation and discussion among peers regarding various methods of weight loss, muscle gain, and the benefits of nutritional interventions; opposed to medication. During this time he was tracking food intake and logging what was eaten as much as possible, in an effort to learn how fluctuations in diet impacted training as well as the ability to recover. Ian has intentionally gathered information from multiple sources starting with current literature, academic classes, and personal exploration. From the quagmire of information it became clear there was no black and white answer to ANY of this. Nutrition varies person to person based on their own individual needs, goals, and environment. Ian is now certified as a ISSA Nutritionist with years of formal nutrition education, former work as a sports nutrition tutor at the collegiate level, and an experienced presenter of literature both formally and informally. Ian will be helping to better informing you, on the best course of action to achieve any goal you have. Whether it is to lose body fat, gain muscle, or anything in between. Under his direction you will undertake the simplest course of action with the greatest return of time and effort invested. It is his belief the best approach to eating is simply the one that will work for YOU, both in the short and long term.
