Group Nutrition & Fitness

Jumpstart your wellness journey with other like-minded people. The group meets weekly for three 60-minute training sessions over six weeks: two fitness sessions and one nutrition development session.

Group Nutrition
Led by a certified nutrition coach, Group Nutrition is where you’ll develop a basic understanding of effective nutrition goal-setting and implementation, while learning to identify and overcome barriers along the way. The group is interactive and focused around your success.

Schedule:
Group Nutrition is held on Saturday mornings from 9:15-10:15 am at 307 Lynburke Road Lyndonville, VT.

Group Fitness
Led by a certified strength and conditioning coach, Group Fitness is a group-based conditioning program that is challenging and exciting for individuals new to fitness. You’ll develop basic movements, increase your body’s capacity for training, and stimulate muscular development and endurance. It’s fun, fast-paced, and effective!

Schedule:
Each week, KILOS offers several Group Conditioning classes in the morning and evening. You’ll choose and book two of these classes each week as your fitness portion of this program. Group Fitness classes are 45-60 minutes long. You can find these class times in the Coaching Hours tab or by clicking here. Classes are held at 307 Lynburke Road Lyndonville, VT.
